Current legislation prohibits the publication of personal home ownership data. However, we are able to find the owners of rental properties through public county assessor records, then assign them a unique Lordscore ID until they choose to self-verify.
This allows us to compile profiles of landlords and management companies to provide you with their Lordscore ratings and the properties they have available.

How is the Lordscore determined?
We gather information from anonymous, yet verified tenant reviews.
These include: landlord relationships, rate hikes, property maintenance, the overall living conditions of the home or building, and their ability to work with tenants in unique scenarios. Our algorithm then applies each score to overall averages across the landlord's entire portfolio.
