Professional and responsive — a reliable choice
PNW Rentals runs a tight ship. Maintenance is handled quickly, the building is clean, and management is professional. Rent went up 5% after year one which was expected. They were accommodating when I needed to break my lease early due to a job relocation — only charged one month's notice instead of two.
