Three years, zero complaints — the best I've ever had
Summit is in a league of their own. In three years I had maybe 4 maintenance requests — all handled within 24 hours. They sent a gift card when repairs took longer than expected. Rent increases were 2-3% annually. Full deposit returned in 3 business days with an itemized statement. I'm only leaving because I bought a house.
